We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
In its original packaging
With original tags, labels, accessories, or manuals, if applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as final sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable, if opened or used
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stacywilkes.com.
Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size, wrong item ordered, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
