If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to help. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

13. Can clothing be returned?

Yes, eligible clothing items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Items with stains, makeup marks, perfume odor, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

14. Can shoes be returned?

Yes, shoes may be returned if they are unworn, clean, undamaged, and returned with the original shoe box and packaging where applicable.

Shoes with worn soles, dirt, scratches, stains, creases from use, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

15. Can handbags and accessories be returned?

Eligible handbags and accessories may be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags, straps, or accessories where applicable.

Items with signs of use, stains, scratches, missing parts, or damaged packaging may not be accepted.

16. Are final sale items returnable?

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

17. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

18. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
